Return & Exchange Policy

At Pretty Little Bracelets, each bracelet and anklet is handmade with care. We want you to love your new piece, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, stretching, damage, or alteration.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order before returning an item.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized pieces are created especially for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

This includes custom sizing, personalized designs, special color combinations, names, initials, or other made-to-order requests.

Anklets

For hygiene reasons, worn anklets cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your sizing before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to make it right.

Photos of the item may be requested so we can determine the best solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Because each Pretty Little Bracelets piece is handmade, slight variations in beads, colors, patterns, and placement are part of what makes every piece unique.
